COMPANY RE-REGISTRATION 2010

BULGARIA COMPANY RE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE The final term for re-registration of a company set up in Bulgaria is December 2010. All companies established in Bulgari before 2008 have to be re-registered. These companies which fail to do this will be terminated and they will not be included into the new Bulgarian Commercial Register. Despite of the critics made from Brussels to the Bulgarian Court system with regards to the slow court procedures, it occurs that 90 per cent of the crime cases and about 75 per cent of the civil cases in Bulgaria are completed into three month term. That was reported Milen Savov - a vice-chairman of the Varna District Court. The administrative courts in Ruse, Vidin and Razgrad and the district courts in Petrich, Nessebar and Razlog are among the courts which complete the cases fast....

FINES FOR EMPLOYEES
	The employee in Bulgaria will be fined too, if he works without a contract. It was just the employer who was fined by now. The fine will be in the amount of three month social insurance installments. Anyway the benefit is for the employee as the fine will be put into his social account. ...
